These terms cover your use of the apollo-ai-solutions.com website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you hire us, a separate written agreement covers that work, and if the two ever differ, the written agreement wins.
Information on this site
We describe our services as accurately as we can, but the content of this site is general information, not a promise of specific results. What we will deliver for your business, the price, and the terms of our 60-day guarantee are set out in your written agreement with us.
The 60-day guarantee
The setup covers the build. If you don't get more calls and booking requests in 60 days, we keep improving it free until you do. Before we start, we record your current number of calls and booking requests so that "more" can be measured fairly. Details and any conditions are in your written agreement.
AI tools
Some of our services use artificial intelligence (AI). AI tools can make mistakes, so we design them to be reviewed, corrected and improved, and we tell your customers when they are talking to an automated assistant. Each business remains responsible for its own services, prices and promises to its customers, and for following the laws that apply to its business, such as rules on call recording, text messaging consent and advertising. We help set things up in line with those rules.

Please only send information you are comfortable sharing, and don't send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information through the form. Don't use the form to send spam or anything unlawful.
