Privacy Policy
Apollo A.I. Solutions ("we", "us") helps HVAC and other home-service companies get more booked jobs. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you send the contact form: your name, company name, phone number, email address and your message. Only what you choose to type in.
- Spam protection: to stop automated spam, we briefly keep a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your internet address together with the time of your message. We cannot turn it back into your address, and it is deleted after 24 hours.
- No tracking: this website does not use cookies, advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data (like your internet address) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and talk with you about your business and our services.
- To keep a simple record of our conversation in our own customer list, so we remember what you asked for.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We will not send you marketing text messages unless you ask us to text you.
Where it is stored
Form messages are held briefly by Cloudflare (our website host) and then moved to our own private systems, after which the copy at Cloudflare is deleted. We use reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
Booking a call
Our "Book a call" buttons take you to Cal.com, a scheduling service. Information you enter there is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the call.
AI services we provide to businesses
When a business hires us, some of the tools we set up for it (for example an AI receptionist or missed-call text-back) handle that business's own customers' calls and messages. That information belongs to the business and is used only to provide the service to it, under our written agreement with that business. Automated assistants we set up tell callers they are automated.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form information as long as we're talking with you about working together, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless you become a client (then our client agreement applies) or the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Just send that request through the contact form and we'll take care of it.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
